Simplifying Water and Environment legislation (LT001)
Water and environment in one law and one license?
At the request of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment, who is currently preparing the integration of several laws relating to environmental law (including the Water Act), the Learning Table of the Water Governance Centre has been asked to advise on the possibilities to integrate the Water Act into one new Envoriment Act.
The project was completed in mid November 2010 and resulted in a report that you can download here (dutch).
