This Calorie Calculator is the most simple-to-use free calorie calculator on the Internet. It determines the number of calories burnt during various activities, whether it be at work, during exercise, or while playing a sport.

The Calorie Calculator lets you to find the number of calories burned during physical activities every week and produce detailed graphs, analyses, and reports.

How to use the Calorie Calculator

  1. Input your current weight (either in kilograms or pounds).
  2. Choose the activity type (either Exercise or Work). A list of some activities and respective calories burned per hour is displayed in the tables towards the bottom of the webpage.
  3. Select an activity from the drop-down menu (if you can't find your activity, contact us and we will add it to the list).
  4. Input the duration of the completed activity.
  5. Create and view a report of calories burned.
    1. Select which calorie data tables and charts you would like to see in the Report. Just check the boxes of the sections of the report you'd like to view.
  6. Optional: Add completed activity to the report of calories burned.
    1. Finish steps 1 - 4 above.
    2. Provide the days during which you exercised or completed the physical activity.
    3. Press the button "Add to Weekly Calories Burnt Report".
    4. The Calorie Calculator will automatically generate your analysis and update your graphs.
    5. Repeat as necessary for every activity.
